When you use the contact form or email us, we may process:

• Your company name
• Your country (optional)
• Your shoot dates, number of shoot days and budget range (optional)
• Any script, treatment or mood board you attach (optional)
• Anything else you choose to tell us about your project

We use this only to answer your question, to prepare a quote and to work with you on a production.

No longer than we need it for the reason we collected it, or than the law requires (for example for invoices).

Nobody, unless it is needed for your production (for example a hotel booking for your crew) or required by law. We do not sell data.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and misuse.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@wearewill.nl. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
