You send the brief. Script or treatment, dates, number of shoot days and the look you are after.

We send a first estimate and location ideas. Usually within a few working days, often with photos from our own database.

Prep. We scout, apply for permits, book crew and casting, and share a call sheet you can check line by line.

Shoot. Our producer is on set every day and is your single point of contact.

Wrap. We return every location as we found it, settle the permits and deliver the rushes or hand over to post.

Questions producers ask
A production service company runs the shoot on the ground for a foreign production company or agency. In the Netherlands, We Are Will arranges crew, locations, film permits, casting, equipment, transport and security, so the visiting director and agency can focus on the creative work.
Yes, if that is what you need. Some clients only want a local fixer for permits and locations; others want a full production team. We do both, and the price follows the scope.
Of course. Many foreign productions bring their director, DOP and a few heads of department, and we fill in the rest with Dutch crew.
It depends on crew size, days, locations and permits. Compact one day shoots start around EUR 10,000, plenty of shoots sit around EUR 50,000 to 70,000 depending on what they need, and large commercials with many days and locations run to several hundred thousand euros.
